Hotel Booking and Lunch Box Order Guide for Foreigners

Thank you for your participating in Mizuno OMOTENASHI Cup Japan 2020.
We are Tabi Club Japan Corporation, one of the official partners of this event.
We can help your hotel booking, lunchbox order, and some other travel affairs.
Please check the guide, and if you require our help, please fill out the application form and send us.

［1］Hotel Booking
Available Period ： 10(FRI), 11(SAT), 12(SUN), and 13(MON) APR 2020 ※Check-out on 14(TUE) APR
Available Hotels ： Please refer to the attached hotel list.
［2］Lunch Box
Price ： JPY 800（Including Tax）
Available Period ： 10(FRI), 11(SAT), 12(SUN), and 13(MON) APR 2020
The ordered lunch box will be handed over at the venue of Mizuno OMOTENASHI Cup Japan 2020.
Please come to our booth to hand over the lunch box from 11:00 to 13:00.
Please eat as soon as possible after you received.
［3］Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the hotel or lunch box, please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the table bellow.

Cancel fee will be calcurated exactly when applied.

Hotel ： Please make a payment at each hotel when you check in.
Lunch Box ： Please make a payment at the reception desk of the venue on May 2 or 3, 2020.
［5］Application
Please fill out the application form and send us by February 3(MON), 2020.
A certification will be sent you after all confirmed.
