<Open Grade Doubles>

※For 10+ years experienced players

①Open Men's Doubles (MD), ②Open Women's Doubles (WD), ③Open Mixed Doubles (XD)

Combined age of 80 years (each player must be at least 35 years old)

Combined age of 90 years (each player must be at least 40 years old)

Combined age of 100 years (each player must be at least 45 years old)

Combined age of 110 years (each player must be at least 50 years old)

Combined age of 120 years (each player must be at least 55 years old)

Combined age of 130 years (each player must be at least 60 years old)

Combined age of 140 years (each player must be at least 65 years old)

<Recreational Grade Doubles>

※For casual or entry-level players

④Men's Doubles Recreational(MDR), ⑤Women's Doubles Recreational(WDR)

Combined age of 80 years (each player must be at least 35 years old)

Combined age of 90 years (each player must be at least 40 years old)

Combined age of 100 years (each player must be at least 45 years old)

<3P vs 3P (No classification)>

One person may enter in up to 2 events ("MD & XD", "MD & M3P", etc).
One person can enter neither in 2 different age categories of one event ("XD100+ & XD110+" etc),
nor in both of "XD & 3P".

The classifications completely follow player's applications.
The organizer will not bear any responsibility for classification of players.

6.Number of places

Men's Doubles Open (MD)  70 teams in total of all the age groups

Women's Doubles Open (WD) 70 teams in total of all the age groups

Mixed Doubles Open(XD) 130 teams in total of all the age groups

Men's Doubles Recreational (MDR) 40 teams in total of all the age groups

Women's Doubles Recreational (WDR)  40 teams in total of all the age groups

Men's 3P (M3P) 24 teams in total of all the age groups

Women's 3P (W3P)  24 teams in total of all the age groups

Additional participants may be acknowledged by the organizer depending on the application status.

7.Competition rules

The rules are in accordance with the BWF competition rules and tournament management regulations.

8.Style of Competition

Tournament-style contest after the group league matches.

All the matches are carried out by 15 points × 3 games system.

(Maximum extension of a game is up to 21 points)

10.Entry qualifications

It does not matter whether or not participants are registered in any association.

Please apply according to the age restrictions (combined age and minimum age) for each event.

11.Draw

Will be handled by the organizer.

12.Entry fee
Doubles 12,000 yen per one doubles pair
3P team 15,000 yen per one 3P team
13.Payment

Overseas players should remit the entry fee with PayPal service.

When you receive the invoice, please remit it by the due date.

Payment due date: No later than January 23 (Fri), 2026.

Once transferred, the entry fee will not be refunded for any reason.

Your entry will be officially registered when your payment is confirmed.

14.Entry application period

December 1(Mon) 2025 to January 23(Fri) 2026

Applications will be handled on a first-come first-served basis during the application period.

16.Awards

Champion, Runner-up, and 3rd place in each event and category will receive a prize.

18.Get-together dinner

Get-together dinner will be arranged at 19:30-21:30 on 12th April(Sun) 2026.

The details of the dinner will be announced later.

19.Umpire and line judges

All the matches should be done by player’s self-judge.

No umpire and no line judge are allocated.

20.Clothing

There is no restriction on competition clothing.

21.Manager meeting

No manager meeting will be held.

  1. All the personal information given on the entry form will be used only for the management of the tournament. The tournament results will be disclosed on the official website.
  2. All the participants have to agree all the photos taken at the tournament may be used for the purpose of Mizuno Badminton promotional activities(Web site, SNS, etc.) by Mizuno Corporation.
  3. The organizer will provide first-aid treatment for any injury or illness suffered during the tournament, but will not be responsible for further treatment. The organizer will take out an accident insurance.
